Yes. Move from Launch to Standard (or back) in one click from your dashboard. The change is immediate and billing is prorated.
How does billing work?
Monthly billing through Stripe, charged automatically on the same date each month, no contract. You get a receipt by email with every payment. Prices are in USD and final — no tax added.
What happens if I go over my daily call limit?
Nothing breaks — Léa keeps answering, no call is ever dropped. You're notified once you hit 80% of your quota. If it becomes a regular thing, you can move up a tier in one click, prorated. No per-call billing, no surprise charges.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your dashboard, under "Subscription." Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No fees.
