4. Intellectual property
All content of the Site and the Application — including, without limitation, texts, graphics, images, photographs, sounds, videos, logos, icons, trademarks, software, technical architecture, databases and source code — is the exclusive property of Softcallia or its partners and is protected by French and international laws relating to intellectual property, and in particular by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The “Softcallia” trademark, the Softcallia logo and all associated distinctive signs are trademarks of Softcallia. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, in whole or in part, of these elements, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited unless prior written authorization from Softcallia has been obtained.
Any unauthorized use of the Site, the Application or any of their elements shall be deemed to constitute infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
5. Credits and licenses
5.1. Design and development
The Site and the Application were designed and developed by Softcallia.
5.2. Typography
The Inter font, used in the Application, is distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
5.3. Icons
The icons used come from Lucide Icons (lucide.dev), distributed under the ISC license.
5.4. Images and illustrations
The images and illustrations used on the Site are either the property of Softcallia, or used under an open license or with the written authorization of their authors.
6. Personal data
The processing of personal data collected via the Site and the Application is governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible at any time from the footer of the Site.

8. Limitation of liability
Softcallia strives to ensure the accuracy and updating of the information published on the Site and the Application. However, Softcallia cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision or completeness of the information made available.
Consequently, Softcallia declines all liability:
- for any imprecision, inaccuracy or omission concerning information available on the Site or the Application;
- for any damage resulting from the fraudulent intrusion of a third party leading to a modification of the information made available on the Site or the Application;

The Application uses artificial intelligence technologies for the processing of telephone calls. The transcriptions, summaries and urgency classifications generated by the AI are automatic interpretations that may contain errors. They cannot replace human judgment, and the User remains solely responsible for decisions made on the basis of this information.
9. Hyperlinks
The Site and the Application may contain hyperlinks to other websites. Softcallia exercises no control over the content of these third-party sites and declines all liability for their content or for any damage that may result from their use.
The placement of hyperlinks to the Site is permitted without prior agreement, provided that such links are not manifestly defamatory, misleading, or damaging to the image of Softcallia or of the Softcallia trademark.

11. Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute relating to the performance of the contract, the consumer may, after having first sent a written complaint to Softcallia that has remained unanswered for a period of two (2) months, submit the dispute to the following consumer mediator:
